Welcome to Not Full Evolved or NFE for short! This format is for middle evolutions of Pokemon. A very vast format that also allows first evolutions. These Pokemon get to shine like never before, and with certain things being banned, it makes the meta even more non-restricted and lets you run almost whatever you want. Below I will list some clauses.
Clauses:
Swagger Clause: Swagger is banned
Baton Pass Clause: Limit one Baton Passer, can't pass Spe and other stats simultaneously
Sleep Clause: Limit one foe put to sleep
Species Clause: Limit one of each Pokémon
OHKO Clause: OHKO moves are banned
Moody Clause: Moody is banned
Evasion Moves Clause: Evasion moves are banned
Endless Battle Clause: Forcing endless battles is banned
HP Percentage Mod: HP is shown in percentages
