Borderline 0

Hey guys! I would like to introduce to my own format known as Borderline 0 or BL0 for short. Basically what this tier is suposed to be is a format inbetween Smogon OU and Smogon Ubers. My friends and I have tested Uber Pokemon and brought down the ones we thought are most fit for the metagame. Oh, and before I get too in to this, I didn't know what prefix to put for this so I just left it without one. So anyway, I will now list clauses and the Pokemon brought down.

Clauses:

Shadow Tag and Arena Trap are banned.
Baton Pass cannot pass any boosts whatsoever.
Swagger Clause: Swagger is banned
Sleep Clause Mod: Limit one foe put to sleep
Species Clause: Limit one of each Pokémon
OHKO Clause: OHKO moves are banned
Moody Clause: Moody is banned
Evasion Moves Clause: Evasion moves are banned
Endless Battle Clause: Forcing endless battles is banned

Pokemon brought down from Ubers:

Aegislash, Arceus-Bug, Arceus-Fire, Arceus-Grass, Deoxys-Normal, Deoxys-Defense, Deoxys-Speed, Genesect, Landorus-I, and Mega Mawile.

As of right now I do not really have a council cause a lot of people have internet died, so there are definitely spots open there. Here you can find the website I made for the tier, this includes talking about some threats and has a not completed viability ranking, but still usable.

Welcome to the official Borderline 0 Viability Rankings topic. You should get the gist of these things by now; In this thread, we will take the usable Pokémon of BL0 and organize them in 'tiers' based on threat level. This post exists for people who play the metagame to post their opinions on the rankings, albeit in a polite and civilized manner.

The general idea of the topic is to rank each BL0 Pokémon under 'rankings' that go in descending order. Since this is a general tier list, everything is lumped together. There won't be any segregation between offense & defense threats.

As an example, Genesect can be ranked in the S rank as an offensive threat, while Giratina-O can be ranked in the S rankas adefensive threat.
